Team scheduling on one shared booking page
When a team books meetings through individual links, nobody can see the whole picture and invitees have to guess who to pick. TimeFlux gives the team one page, shared event types and one place to see who booked.
One page for the whole team
Every team gets a public booking page at its own address. It lists the team's event types, so a visitor chooses the kind of meeting they need and the right people are booked behind it.
Two ways to share a meeting
Each team event uses one of two scheduling types:
- Round-robin: one host from the selected pool takes each booking, which shares the load
- Collective: all selected hosts attend, and only times when everyone is free are offered
Admin management
Team admins invite members, create and edit team events and choose the hosts for each one. Members keep their own personal booking pages alongside the team's.
A record of who booked
The contact CRM lists every invitee with their booking history and your private notes, so you can check earlier meetings before joining the next one.
One price for the team
The Teams plan is $15 a month and includes everything in Pro: unlimited event types, Google Calendar or Outlook sync, Zoom meetings and workflows. There is no per-seat charge.
Frequently asked questions
How much does team scheduling cost in TimeFlux?
The Teams plan is a flat $15 a month for the team. It is not priced per member.
Can a team have its own booking page?
Yes. Each team has a public page that lists its event types, and each team event has its own shareable link.
Can we book a meeting that needs several teammates?
Yes. A collective event books all selected hosts together and only shows times when every one of them is available.
