Scheduling software for consultants
Your calendar is your inventory. TimeFlux lets prospects and clients book the time you choose to offer, asks them the questions you would ask on a first email, and keeps the rest of your week clear.
Stop the back-and-forth on discovery calls
Send one link instead of three emails proposing times. Invitees see your open slots in their own timezone and pick one. With Google Calendar connected, the meeting lands on both calendars with a Google Meet link attached.
Qualify enquiries before they reach your calendar
Add up to ten questions to a booking page: budget range, project type, timeline. On the Pro plan, screening rules act on the answers. An enquiry below your minimum can be shown a polite message, or redirected to a different link such as a paid intro session or a resources page.
Protect the work between meetings
Each event type has its own guard rails:
- Buffers before and after a meeting, from 5 minutes to an hour
- A minimum notice period, so nobody books you for ten minutes from now
- Availability hours set per event, so client calls only happen on the days you want
Fewer no-shows
Workflows on the Pro plan send reminder emails before a meeting and follow-ups after it. Every confirmation includes a link the invitee can use to reschedule or cancel on their own, so a clash becomes a moved meeting instead of an empty slot.
What it costs
Start on the Free plan with one event type. Pro is $8 a month for unlimited event types, Google Calendar or Outlook sync, Zoom meetings, workflows and screening rules.
