Interview scheduling software for recruiters
Coordinating interviews by email slows hiring down and loses candidates. TimeFlux gives candidates a link to book themselves in, and spreads interviews across your team without a shared spreadsheet.
Candidates book their own screening calls
Send a booking link with the first reply. The candidate sees open times in their own timezone and confirms in under a minute. They can reschedule from the confirmation email without writing to you.
Share the interview load with round-robin
Create a round-robin event on the Teams plan and choose which interviewers take part. Bookings are distributed across them, so one person's calendar does not fill up while another's stays empty.
Panel interviews without the calendar puzzle
A collective event only offers slots when every selected host is free. Use it for a hiring manager plus a technical interviewer, and let the candidate choose from the times that work for both.
Collect what you need up front
Add questions to the booking page for the role applied for, notice period or right to work. Answers are shown to the host alongside the booking.
The contact CRM on the Teams plan keeps a history of each candidate's bookings, which helps when someone returns for a second or third round.
What it costs
The Teams plan is $15 a month for the whole team, not per recruiter. Adding an interviewer for one hiring round does not add a seat fee.
Frequently asked questions
Can several interviewers share one booking link?
Yes. A round-robin event on the Teams plan rotates bookings across the interviewers you select.
Can TimeFlux schedule a panel interview?
Yes. A collective event shows only the times when all selected hosts are available, so the candidate books one slot that works for the whole panel.
Do we pay for each interviewer?
No. TimeFlux Teams is a flat $15 a month regardless of how many team members you add.
