Cal.com Pricing for Teams: Free Plan, Teams Plan and the Real Monthly Cost
Cal.com has one of the most generous free plans in scheduling. It also charges per user as soon as you work as a team. Both facts matter, and which one matters more depends on how many of you there are.
All Cal.com figures below are from cal.com/pricing, read in October 2026, at the yearly-billed rate.
Cal.com's plans in one minute
- Free: one user, unlimited event types. A strong choice for a solo freelancer.
- Teams, $12 per user per month: adds round-robin and collective events, routing forms and the option to remove Cal.com branding.
- Organizations, $28 per user per month: builds on Teams for larger companies.
- Enterprise: custom annual pricing.
Cal.com advertises a 25% saving for yearly billing, so paying month to month on Teams works out at roughly $16 a user. Cal.com also offers a self-hosted version, which is a different trade: you run the servers yourself.
What a team pays on Cal.com Teams
At $12 per user per month, billed yearly:
- 5 people: $60 a month, $720 a year
- 10 people: $120 a month, $1,440 a year
- 25 people: $300 a month, $3,600 a year
What a team pays on Cal.com Organizations
At $28 per user per month, billed yearly:
- 5 people: $140 a month, $1,680 a year
- 10 people: $280 a month, $3,360 a year
- 25 people: $700 a month, $8,400 a year
Where the free plan stops
The free plan covers one user. Round-robin and collective events, the two features that make scheduling a team activity, are on the Teams plan. The moment two people need to share a booking link, each of them becomes a paid user.
That is the pattern across most of the market, and it is why a tool that is free for you alone can become a four-figure yearly line once the team uses it.
The same teams on flat pricing
TimeFlux Teams is $15 a month for the whole workspace, or $180 a year. It includes round-robin events, collective events, team booking pages, admin management and a contact CRM.
- 5 people: $15 a month, against $60 on Cal.com Teams
- 10 people: $15 a month, against $120
- 25 people: $15 a month, against $300
When Cal.com is the better choice
- You are one person. Cal.com's free plan gives you unlimited event types. TimeFlux's free plan gives you one, and unlimited event types need the $8 Pro plan.
- You want to self-host. TimeFlux is a hosted service only.
- You need calendars other than Google and Outlook, or several per person. TimeFlux connects one Google Calendar or Outlook calendar per person.
The short answer
For a solo user, Cal.com's free plan is hard to beat. For a team that needs round-robin, the per-user price adds up fast, and a flat-priced plan costs less from the second person onwards.
