Calendly Pricing for Teams: What 5, 10 and 25 People Actually Pay
Calendly's pricing page shows a price per seat. That number looks small until you multiply it by your team, and then by twelve. This post does the multiplication for you.
All Calendly figures below are from calendly.com/pricing, read in October 2026, at the yearly-billed rate. Check the page before you buy, because prices change.
Calendly's plans in one minute
- Free: one event type and one calendar connection. Fine for a single person with a single kind of meeting.
- Standard, $10 per seat per month: unlimited event types, collective (multi-host) events and automated reminders.
- Teams, $16 per seat per month: everything in Standard plus round-robin scheduling and routing forms.
- Enterprise: starts at $15,000 a year and requires at least 50 seats.
Those are the yearly-billed prices. Calendly advertises a saving of about 20% on Teams for paying yearly, which puts month-to-month Teams at roughly $20 a seat.
The feature that decides your plan
For most teams the deciding feature is round-robin scheduling: one booking link that shares meetings across several people. Sales teams use it for demos, support teams for calls, recruiters for first-round interviews.
Round-robin is on the Teams plan, not Standard. So if you need it, every person in the rotation needs a Teams seat.
What a team pays on Calendly Teams
At $16 per seat per month, billed yearly:
- 5 people: $80 a month, $960 a year
- 10 people: $160 a month, $1,920 a year
- 25 people: $400 a month, $4,800 a year
If you pay month to month at roughly $20 a seat, a 10-person team is closer to $200 a month.
What a team pays on Calendly Standard
If you can live without round-robin and routing forms, Standard is cheaper. At $10 per seat per month, billed yearly:
- 5 people: $50 a month, $600 a year
- 10 people: $100 a month, $1,200 a year
- 25 people: $250 a month, $3,000 a year
Standard still gives each person unlimited event types and lets you run collective events where several hosts attend together.
The same teams on flat pricing
TimeFlux prices its Teams plan for the workspace instead of for each person. It is $15 a month in total, which is $180 a year, and it includes round-robin events, collective events, team booking pages and a contact CRM.
- 5 people: $15 a month
- 10 people: $15 a month
- 25 people: $15 a month
Against Calendly Teams billed yearly, a 10-person team saves $145 a month, or $1,740 a year.
When Calendly's price is worth paying
Cost is one input, not the whole decision. Calendly is the better buy if:
- People need conflicts checked across several calendars. TimeFlux connects one Google Calendar or Outlook calendar per person; Calendly's Standard plan connects up to six.
- You need routing forms that send each invitee to a specific person based on their answers. TimeFlux has screening rules that block or redirect an invitee, which is simpler.
- You need an enterprise contract with the procurement and security paperwork that comes with it.
If none of those apply and your team mainly needs to share inbound meetings, you are paying per seat for something that does not need to scale with headcount.
How to work out your own number
- Count the people who need to appear in a shared booking link. Those are your seats.
- Decide whether you need round-robin. If yes, use the Teams price. If not, use Standard.
- Multiply seats by the monthly price, then by twelve.
- Compare that yearly figure with a flat-priced tool.
